Coconut Cacao Gelato

Ingredients:
• 2 13.5oz cans coconut cream
• 1/2 cup coconut sugar, blended
• 1/4 cup Tejari Organic Cacao and Greens Blend
• 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
• 1 + 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp sea salt
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Directions:⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Put your two cans of coconut cream in the fridge and ice cream churning bowl into the freezer 24 hours before it's gelato time!⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. To a blender, add the coconut sugar and blend until powdered then pour out into a bowl. Add in the coconut cream, Tejari Organic Cacao and Greens Blend, cacao powder, vanilla and salt then blend until incorporated. Pour the powdered coconut sugar and blend again.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Evenly spread contents into a freezer-safe bowl or container and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. When ready to serve, let thaw for about 15 minutes. Scoop then top with chopped dark chocolate and fresh fruit!
