How do I use your products?
Our organic superfood protein blends can be added to smoothies, oatmeal, Greek yogurt, pancakes or even baked goods! For maximum deliciousness, we recommend blending or thoroughly mixing Tejari with other ingredients (psst…check out our recipes page for inspiration).
How often can I use your products?
We recommend two scoops of Tejari daily. Our Blueberry + Spinach Blend contains 1½ cups of spinach and 17 blueberries, so it’s a great way to get your daily dose of veggies. However, we always recommend incorporating fresh greens into your diet in addition to Tejari.
Are your products safe for pregnancy?
Absolutely. We only use clean, wholesome, organic ingredients in all of our Tejari blends, which means they’re perfectly safe for pregnancy. If you have any specific questions or thoughts, email us at hello@tejariandco.com, and we’ll put you in touch with one of our nutritional advisors.

Are your products organic?
You bet! Crafted using the highest standards, Tejari blends are sourced from only the purest ingredients available. All blends are organic, vegan, plant-based (peanut-free and dairy-free), and free of toxins and artificial sweeteners. Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes! Each and every one of our Tejari blends are vegan and cruelty free. This means we never test on animals, and only work with vendors who do the same. Plus, all of our products are organic, plant-based (peanut-free and dairy-free), and free of toxins and artificial sweeteners. Want the full breakdown of our labels? Check out our nutrition page!
Do your products contain any sugar or sweeteners?
Nope. Our protein blends contain organic freeze-dried banana, strawberries and blueberries—all real fruit is all the sugar we need!
What’s the shelf-life of your products?
While each of our protein blends have an expiration on the back of their label, it’s generally recommended that they be used within twelve months of purchase...but we have a hunch you’ll love them so much that this won’t be a problem.
How should my protein blends be stored?
If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for long periods of time, it may impact the product’s efficacy and taste. That’s why we recommend storing your Tejari blends in a cool, dry place—no refrigeration necessary.
Where are your products produced?
Each and every one of our protein blends are manufactured in Atlanta, Georgia. And in case you were wondering, our Organic Certifiers are Georgia Crop Improvement Association Organic Certification Program.

At what age can my child have Tejari protein blends?
Great question! Little ones love the taste of Tejari. We recommend you start incorporating Tejari into your child’s diet as early as two years old. If you have any specific questions or thoughts, email us at hello@tejariandco.com, and we’ll put you in touch with one of our nutritional advisors.
Do you have samples?

Returns
What’s your return policy?
We’re sorry you didn’t love your Tejari. Unfortunately, due to the organic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you have any specific questions or thoughts, please contact us directly at hello@tejariandco.com.
What should I do if I receive the wrong blend?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we’re sorry about that! Please contact us at hello@tejariandco.com and we’ll be sure to get you the Tejari blend you ordered.
Billing
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. We also accept Apple Pay and Shopify Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
No worries! Check to see that your card’s billing details (like your security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. Next, check to see if your card has expired. Your card issuer may have declined your payment. If you’re experiencing further issues, contact us at hello@tejariandco.com. We’ll try our best to help!
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yep! Receive free shipping on every US order over $70 by using the promo code FREE70 at checkout.
When can I expect to receive my Tejari order? How long will it take to ship?
Our orders generally ship within 5 business days of processing. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. If you have a rush request, please send us a note at hello@tejariandco.com and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Where is my package? I’m having problems with the tracking.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way. However, in a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via hello@tejariandco.com. We can give you the inside scoop.
Where does Tejari ship?
Tejari currently ships to all 50 states. We are working on bringing Tejari everywhere around the world. Tag us @tejariandco to let us know where you live!
How can I change my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@tejariandco.com.

How can I update my order?
Please email us at hello@tejariandco.com as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel or change your order. Please note, we process orders within 1-2 business days, but we’ll do our best to process your request.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can only use one promo code per order. If you’ve discovered two valid Tejari promo codes online, please choose the one you want to use more.
